eSAFE Incident Alert

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating a fatal incident that occurred on Thursday 21 May 2015 at a workplace in Coondoo, East of Gympie.

A worker sustained serious head injuries when he was hit and crushed by a tree he was cutting down. The worker later died in hospital on Wednesday 3 June 2015.
