Excavator Operator Killed at Worksite in Cornubia

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating a fatal incident that occurred on Wednesday 25 March 2015 at a residential landscape site in Cornubia.

An excavator operator was killed when he jumped from the excavator as it rolled over.
