Incident alert – Fatality -1 April 2016 – Goondiwindi

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating an incident that resulted in the death of a 13 year old boy at a Goondiwindi farm on 1 April 2016.

The boy received serious injuries when he was run over by a vehicle and later passed away in hospital.
