EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT TOOWOOMBA TURF CLUB

The Toowoomba Turf Club is a leading provincial thoroughbred racing and training facility, just a 2 hour drive from Brisbane.

The TTC has a brand new grass racing track built by StrathAyr  www.strathayr.com/Home

The TTC requires a team of  experienced Superintendents and or GreenKeepers to manage this state of the art grass track. This team will also look after 2 new synthetic training tracks and a renovated sand and inner grass track. This is a rare opportunity not to be missed. This is a full time position and Saturday work will be required.

You will require:

Experience with conducting turf renovation works (aerating, top dressing, repairing turf)

Experience in operating and maintaining horticultural machinery

Golf Course, Race Track or similar green keeping experience

Effective communication skills with ability to liaise with clients and members of the public

Knowledge and appreciation of OH&S

Experience in mowing operations small and large
