Incident alert – Fatality – 28 January 2014 – Cairns
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is currently investigating a fatal incident that occurred on 28 January 2014, on the Captain Cook Highway north of Cairns.
A truck driver who was working beneath a truck died when the truck, which was positioned on slightly sloping ground and did not have its wheels chocked, moved crushing the driver.
