EMPLOYEE TRAINING IN TURF

Attraction and retention of the right employees continues to be an issue within the turf production industry if not agriculture in general.

To be considered as the employee are of choice is important in positioning your organisation to attract the right employees when openings and positions are available.

Career path and training is obviously an area that we need to consider when seeking the correct employee and the following will be of interest.

Employee and Management training is available in Turf production through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Horticultural Training from Certificate II to Advanced Diploma in Horticulture, Certificate II to Diploma Parks and Gardens, Turf Management, Production Nursery, Production Horticulture and from Certificate I to Advanced Diploma in Conservation and Land Management and Certificate III in Irrigation.

Recognition of prior learning is also available.
