Incident alert – Fatal Roll-Over incident – 12 July 2016 – Ogmore

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating a fatal incident that occurred on Tuesday 12 July 2016 at a workplace near Ogmore, north of Marlborough.

A dozer operator died when his dozer slid down a steep embankment and rolled multiple times. It appears he had been working on a steep section of road on a rural property.
