Incident alert – Fatality – 11 September 2015 – Milman

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is investigating a fatal incident that occurred on a rural property at Milman, north of Rockhampton on Friday 11 September 2015.

A worker received fatal head injuries when he fell from the tray of a flatbed truck and was run over by the rear wheels.
